Clinical curative effect of butylphthalide soft capsule in patients with cerebral small vessel disease complicated with cognitive impairment, and its influence on blood perfusion

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effects of butylphthalide soft capsule on cerebral small vessel patients disease complicated with cognitive impairment,and its influence on blood perfusion.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with cerebral small vascular disease were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(60 cases each group).The control group was conventionally treated with reducing pressure,adjusting fat and improving circulation,and the observation group was additionally treated with butylphthalide based on control group for 1 month.The simple mental state examination(MMSE) and montreal scale(MOCA) scores in two groups before and after treatment were recorded.Two groups were examined using 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging,to calculate perfusion parameters.Results:Before treatment,the differences of MMSE and MOCA scores between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the MMSE and MOCA scores in two groups after treatment significantly increased,and the increasing degree of which in observation group was more obvious.Before treatment,the differences of blood flow velocity,cerebral blood volume and mean transition time between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the blood flow velocity,cerebral blood volume and mean transition time in two groups after treatment significantly improved(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the improving degree of which in observation group was more obvious(P<0.01).Conclusions:Butylphthalide soft capsule can improve the cognitive function and increase the blood flow of lesions,which is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
