Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127- regulatory T cells(Treg) in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer, and its clinical significance. Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and set as the cervical cancer group.Sixty patients with uterine myoma and 60 healthy women were divided into the uterine myoma group and control group, respectively. The proportions of CD4+CD25+CD127- Treg to CD4+CD25+T cells of peripheral blood were detected using flow cytometry, and the difference of which between three groups was compared. The correlations of the expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127- Treg in peripheral blood with the cancer clinical stage, myometrial invasion, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results:The ratio of CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg to CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood in cervical cancer group was significantly higher than that in other two groups(P<0.01),and which in uterine myoma group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The differences of the ratio of CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg/CD4+CD25+ T cells in different clinical stage, pathological grade, infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The expression level of CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg is correlation with the incidence and development of cervical cancer in some degree, which has important significance in evaluating the progress of cervical cancer.
