Effect of continual nursing based on network platform on the psychological status, self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with lung cancer

Objective:To explore the effects of continual nursing based on network platform on the psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients treated with radical mastectomy were divided into the observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60) according to the random number table.The control group were taught using conventional heath knowledge,and the observation group were additionally treated with continuous nursing based on the network platform at discharge.The psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life in two groups between before and after 3 months of intervention were compared.Results:Before intervention,the differences of psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of hamilton depression rating scale and hamilton anxiety scale in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).the score of self-efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the scores of physiological function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function,social function and total health status in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The continual nursing based on network platform can effectively relieve the mental state of anxiety and depression,and improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of lung cancer patients after discharge.
