Effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the related genes of gastric cancer in chronic atrophic gastritis patients with precancerous lesions

Objective:To investigate the effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the related genes of gastric cancer in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Ninety-six chronic atrophic gastritis patients with precancerous lesions were randomly divided into the control group group and observation group.The control group group and observation group were treated with Weifuchun tablets and Banxia Xiexin decoction,respectively.The clinical symptom score,overall therapeutic effect,distribution and expression of related gene of gastric cancer between two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom score in observation group(8.96±4.37) was significantly lower than that in control group(13.68±4.96)(P<0.01),the Cyclin D1 score in observation group(1.30±0.48)was significantly lower than that in control group(1.83±0.51)(P<0.01),the PTEN score in observation group(2.96±0.50) was significantly higher than that in control group(2.33±0.42)(P<0.01),and the total effect rate in observation group(78%) was significantly higher than that in control group(54.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the related genes of gastric cancer in precancerous lesions patients with chronic atrophic gastritis is significant,which has an important significance.
