Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effects of indwelling nasal-intestinal tube guided by bedside gastroscope in enteral nutrition of critical patients. Methods:Sixty critical patients were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases indwelled with nasal-intestinal tube for nutrition support) and control group(30 cases indwelled with nasogastric tube for nutrition support). The nutrition indexes between two groups on the first and 10th day of intervention were compared. The success rate of catheterization, nausea vomiting, abdominal distension,diarrhea,anti-flow aspiration and tube plugging between two groups were compared. Results:The differences of the levels of serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA) and hemoglobin(Hb) between two groups on the first day of intervention were not statistically significant(P >0.05).On the 10th day,the levels of indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The success rates of catheterization in two group were 100%,and the incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The indwelling nasal-intestinal tube guided by bedside gastroscope can significantly improve the nutritional status, and reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition complication of patients.
