Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the combined detection of cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D) in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods: The serum levels of CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D in 85 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(observation group) and 40 healthy people(control group) were detected and analyzed. Results: The serum levels of CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The area under curve, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Youden index of the four combined detectiong of CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D were 0.956,91.26%,63.32%,89.79%,66.37% and 0.78,respectively.The clinical value of the combined detection was better than that of single item(P<0.05).Conclusions: The serum levels of CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D are closely related to the progression degree of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. The combined detection of four indicators has great value in early diagnosis and evaluating disease of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
