Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlations of the serum level of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH) and sex hormone with endocrine and metabolism indicators in patients with infertility polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Seventy-one patients with infertility PCOS and 50 normal physical examination women were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The correlations of the levels of BMI,serum AMH,FSH,LH,T,E2,FINS,GLU,CHOL,TG,LDL,HOMA-IR and number of 2-9mm follicles in both ovaries in two groups were analyzed. Results:The levels of BMI,serum AMH,LH,T,GLU,FINS,HOMR-IR and number of 2-9mm follicles in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the AMH level was positively correlated with T and PCO(P<0.01),and without other variables(P>0.05).The multiple linear analysis showed that T and PCO influenced the serum AMH level(P<0.01).Conclusions:The T and PCO are the influencing factors of serum AMH level.
