Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the coronary artery in-stent restenosis using high definition computed tomography. Methods:The stents simulating varying degree of stenosis(50%,85% and 100%) were scanned using high definition CT,and the image quality of stent and lumen were scored. The degree of stenosis was measured, and compared with the actual degree. Results:The image quality of stent with varying degree of stenosis was higher, and the rate of available evaluation was 93.1%.The difference between the in-stent restenosis degree and actual stenosis degree was not statistical significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The image quality of stent of high definition CT is high, which can accurately evaluate the coronary artery in-stent restenosis.
