    Current situation of human resource in township hospitalsand management countermeasure

    • Objective:To investigate the basic quality of director and business backbone of township hospital in Bengbu Anhui,and analyze the question of human resource management,and put forward to specific suggestion and measure.Methods:A total of 72 directors and business backbones from 17 township hospitals in Bengbu were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results:The director and business backbone were junior college-based,and their titles were mainly primary and secondary.The 93.1% of the director and business backbone believed that the lack of talent was the most important problem in hindering the development of township hospitals,and 79.2% of investigators believed that the low medical personnel technical level was the main problem of human resource management in hospitals.Conclusions:Human resource of the township hospital in a county of Bengbu is relatively lack,and the education and professional level of the director and business backbone need to be improved.The government,colleges and primary hospitals should formulate and improve the relevant policies,and strengthen the training of free medical students in order to meet the talent demand of the basic level hospital.
