Effect of early pressure protection procedure on reducing the incidence rate of pressure injury in stoke patients

Objective:To investigate the effects of early intervention of pressure injury prevention procedure on the formation of pressure injury in stroke patients.Methods:sixty patients with stroke were divided into the observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to hospitalization sequence.The control group were intervened using routine nursing,and the observation group were intervened using early pressure injury prevention procedure based on the control group.The occurrence and staging of pressure injury in two groups were recorded,and the satisfaction of nursing work in two groups were analyzed.Results:The pressure injury in observation group was lighter than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates in observation group and control group were 96.7% and 86.7%,respectively,and the difference of which was not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:The early intervention of pressure injury prevention procedure can reduce the incidence rate of pressure injury,and promote the prognosis of patients.
