Abstract
Objective:To detect the levels of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and Foxp3 expression in human chronic gastritis, and investigate the level changes of immune cells and molecule during the process of disease progression and its influences on the development of the disease. Methods:Twenty superficial gastritis samples(Hp positive in 10 cases and Hp negative in 10 cases),and 20 atrophic gastritis samples(Hp positive in 10 cases and Hp negative in 10 cases) were collected. The levels of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and Foxp3 expression were detected using immunohistochemistry. Results:The CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and Foxp3 level in Hp positive atrophic gastritis samples were higher than those in Hp negative atrophic gastritis samples and Hp positive superficial gastritis samples(P<0.01).The CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and Foxp3 level in Hp positive atrophic and superficial gastritis samples were higher than those in Hp negative atrophic and superficial gastritis samples(P<0.01).The CD4+T cells in Hp positive superficial gastritis samples was higher than that in Hp negative superficial gastritis samples(P<0.01).The differences of the CD8+T cells and Foxp3 level between Hp positive and negative superficial gastritis samples were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The invasion of CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells, and Foxp3 level in HP positive gastritis are higher than those in HP negative gastritis. The T lymphocyte subtype and Foxp3 expression level in Hp positive atrophic gastritis are higher those in Hp positive superficial gastritis.
