    A study on the construction of curriculum system in rural order-Oriented undergraduate medical education talent

    • Objective:To construct a curriculum system meeting the order-Oriented directed free undergraduate medical education talent training target.Methods:The concept and connotation of order-Oriented medical education curriculum system were explicitly defined by the programmatic documents related to medical education,free medical education and primary health care from Ministry of education and National Health and Family Planning Commission.The characteristics of the rural undergraduate medical education curriculum system in 8 Medical Colleges were analyzed to construct a new curriculum system.Results:At present,two main problems were identified in order-Oriented medical education curriculum system.(1) The proportion of course was irrational,the proportion of medical professional courses was too large,and the proportions of primary preventive health care and rehabilitation course were too small.(2) The proportion of Humanities courses was low,which accounted for 5%-8%,and much lower than Germany,Japan,the United States,Britain,Canada and other countries(15%-25%).The seven major course modules,which included Ideology and Morality,Natural Science,Humanistic Quality Education,Biomedicinem,Clinical Medicine,Public Health and Behavioral Science,Humanities and Social Science and Medical Ethics were constructed.Conclusions:Constructing the scientific and reasonable curriculum system can be conducive to the realization of professional training objective.
