Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of systematic rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb movement function and self-care ability in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:One hundred and six patients with cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and control group according to radom number table method(53 cases each group). The control group was nursed with conventional care, and the observation group was nursed with systematic rehabilitation nursing based on the control group. The recovery of limb movement function and self-care ability between two groups were compared. Results:The recovery of limb movement function in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01).On admission, the differences of the Barthel score,ESS score and NHP score between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After six weeks of admission, the Barthel score and ESS score in two groups were significantly higher than those on admission, the NHP score in two groups were significantly lower than that on admission(P<0.01),and the each item score in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The systematic rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the limb movement function and self-care ability in patients with cerebral infarction, and enhance the nursing quality. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
