Effect of single-dose Kangai injectionon on the pharmacokinetic parameters of docetaxel in rats

Objective:To explore the effects of single-dose Kangai injectionon(KI) on the pharmacokinetic parameters of docetaxel in rats.Methods:Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,and high,medium and low drug combination groups.The control group was injected with docetaxel through caudal vein,and the high,medium and low drug combination groups were injected with 5.4,3.6 and 1.8 mL/kg of KI combined with docetaxel through caudal vein,respectively.The blood samples in four groups were collected at different time-points,the blood concentration of docetaxel was calculated by HPLC method,and the pharmacokinetic parameters of docetaxel were analyzed using DAS2.0.Results:Compared with the control group,the t_1/2γ in low drug combination group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the differences of the other pharmacokinetic parameters of docetaxel among other groups were not statistically significantly.Conclusions:The low-dose KI maybe affect the t_1/2γ of docetaxel in rats,and the high and medium-dose KI do not significantly affect the pharmacokinetic parameters of docetaxel.
