Clinical efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes.Methods:Ninety patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method(45 cases each group).The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group were additionally treated with ritodrine hydrochloride based on the control group.Results:The effective treatment rate in observation group(97.78%) was higher than that in control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The anxiety in two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.01).The time of contraction inhibition,pregnancy extension time,neonatal birth weight and Apgar score in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.01).The total incidence rate of neonatal complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate can inhibit the uterine contraction,prolong pregnancy,and improve the negative emotion and maternal and neonatal outcome in patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes,and the treatment effect of which is better than that of single magnesium sulfate.
