    Effect of Beck's cognitive therapy on pain and compliance of patients with bone metastases

    • Objective:To explore the effects of Beck's cognitive therapy on treatment compliance of patients with bone metastases.Methods:A total of 204 patients with bone metastases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was treated with suiting the case,and the observation group was treated with Beck's cognitive therapy based on the control group.The psychologic status in two groups was evaluated using the NRS,HAMD and HAMA scales before and after treatment.Results:The differences of the scores of NRS,HAMD and HAMA between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of NRS,HAMD and HAMA in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).After Beck's cognitive therapy intervention,the difference of drug use between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The timely next week treatment,designated movement and satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The Beck's cognitive therapy can obviously improve pain,mental state,treatment compliance and life quality of patients with bone metastases,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
