    Clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of retinopathy

    • ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of retinopathy.
      MethodsSixty patients diagnosed by non-proliferative retinopathy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(30 cases each group).The control group was treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase intestine.The therapeutic effects, hemorheology and hemodynamics indexes between two groups were compared after treatment.
      ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group(96.67%) was slightly higher than that in control group(80.00%), but the difference was not statistially significant(P > 0.05).After treatment, the hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, and whole blood high tangential viscosity in two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and all indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.01).After treatment, the systolic peak velocity, diastolic velocity and resistance index of ophthalmic artery, central retinal artery and posterior ciliary artery in observation group were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.01), and all indexes in observation group were better than those in control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of retinopathy can improve the clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
