Relationship between the plasma level of omentin-1 and coronary collateral circulation

    • ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship between the plasmid level of omentin-1 and coronary collateral circulation.
MethodsA total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease and 50 patients without coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The basic characteristics between two groups were compared. The plasma levels of omentin-1 in two groups were detected using ELISA.
ResultsThe plasma level of omentin-1 in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the plasma levels of omentin-1, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and high density lipoprotein cholesferol, and Gensini score were the independent risk factors of coronary collateral circulation(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe plasma level of omentin-1 decreasing is associated with coronary collateral circulation disorder, which can provide the reference for further intervention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
