Effect of risk assessment nursing on critical patients in respiratory department

    • ObjectiveTo explore the effects of risk assessment nursing on critical patients in respiratory department.
MethodsThirty critical patients from November 2016 to November 2017 and 30 cases from December 2017 to November 2018 in respiratory department were divided into the control group and observation group, respectively. The control group was nursed with routine care measures, and the observation group was additionally nursed with risk assessment nursing based on control group. The nursing effect was compared between two groups.
ResultsThe compliance and satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group(P < 0.05), and the difference in the mastery of nursing knowledge between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pulmonary function indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.01), and the differences of the gastric, urinary and thoracic drainage tubes falling off were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
ConclusionsThe risk assessment nursing is helpful to improve pulmonary function index, compliance and satisfaction of patients in respiratory department, which is worthy of promotion.
