Study on the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy

    • ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.
MethodsFifty cases suspected by uterine incision pregnancy were selected as subjects. All patients were examined by abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and 43 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy were identified by the results of operation and pathology. The diagnostic effects among transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and combined application were compared.
ResultsFor incisinal pregnancy, the sensitivity of combined ultrasound was 100.00%, which was higher than that of transabdominal transvaginal and 58.13%, 95.34%(P < 0.01), respectively. There was no statistical difference in the specificity and accuracy of the three different methods(P>0.05).
ConclusionTransabdominal combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can greatly improve the diagnosis rate of incisional pregnancy, and is worth popularizing.
