ObjectiveTo analyze the influencing factors of ischemic stroke complicated with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis.
MethodsOne hundred and forty-two patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction(including 110 cases with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis and 32 without) were selected. The clinical data of the patients were collected, and the logistic risk factor regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of ischemic stroke complicated with cerebrovascular atherosclerotic stenosis.
ResultsThe results of logistic risk factor regression analysis showed that the age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, D-D, Cystatin C, Hcy and apoA were the independent influencing factors of atherosclerotic stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe occurrence of cerebral atherosclerotic stenosis in ischemic stroke patients can be influenced by the interaction of many factors.By predicting the risk of the occurrence of atherosclerotic stenosis, it is helpful to take necessary preventive measures and affect the prognosis of patients.
