Analysis of the factors influencing the severity of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis

    • ObjectiveTo analyze the influencing factors of the severity of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis(HLP).
MethodsEighty patients with HLP were divided into the hyperlipidemia severe acute pancreatitis group(HLSAP group, 31 cases) and stable group(HLP group, 49 cases). The general data, blood lipid level and other laboratory examination indexes were collected, the progress of patients' condition during hospitalization was analyzed, and the independent influencing factors of HLP patients' condition were analyzed using multiple logistic regression analysis.
ResultsThe results of multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the age, heart rate, breathing rate, 24 h urine volume, APACHE Ⅱ score, triglyceride, albumin, serum creatinine, blood glucose and arterial oxygen partial pressure were the independent factors influencing the severity of HLP patients(P < 0.05).
ConclusionsThe age, heart rate, respiratory rate, 24 h urine volume, APACHE Ⅱ score, triglyceride, albumin, creatinine, blood glucose and arterial oxygen partial pressure are closely related to the development of HLP.Early intervention should be emphasized in clinic.
