Analysis of the effects of different doses of ropivacaine mixed with sufentanil in cesarean section with equal specific gravity spinal anesthesia

    • ObjectiveTo investigate the anesthetic effects of different doses of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section with equal specific gravity spinal anesthesia.
MethodsEighty parturients with full-term cesarean section(ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) were randomly divided into the group A(n=27), group B(n=27) and group C(n=26).The group A, group B and group C were anesthetized with 10 mg of 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with 5 μg of sufentanil, 11.25 mg of 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with 5 μg of sufentanil and 12.5 mg of 0.5% ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with 5 μg of sufentanil, respectively.
ResultsThe differences of the effective time of anesthesia block, and proportion and time of block level above T8 among three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the differences of the classification of anesthetic effects among three groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The proportion of intraoperative use of hyperensort in group C was higher than that in group A and group B(P < 0.05).The differences of the interaction effects of neonatal Apgar scores with time factor and group factor, and interaction effects of time factor with group factor among three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
ConclusionsWhen ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in equal specific gravity spinal anesthesia during cesarean section, the appropriate dose of ropivacaine hydrochloride for 11.25 mg can meet the needs of rapid onset and good effects of anesthesia.
