Effect of medical care-patient-management three-dimensional integrated management mode on medication compliance, self-management property and functional independence of patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage

    • ObjectiveTo explore the effect of medical care-patient-management three-dimensional integrated management mode on medication compliance, self-management properties and functional independence of patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage.
MethodsA total of 102 patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine management of postoperative cerebral hemorrhage, while the observation group received a three-dimensional integrated management of medical care-patient-management. The medication compliance, self-management property, quality of life, and functional independence were compared between the two groups.
ResultsThe rate of better medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher control rates of dietary structure, exercise mode, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids(P < 0.01). Moreover, the scores of postoperative quality of life and functional independence scale in the observation group were also shown higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsApplying the medical care-patient-management three-dimensional integrated management mode to patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve patients' medication compliance, recovery of self-management ability, functional independence, and quality of life.
