Objective To analyze the influencing factors and intervention strategies of stress disorder symptom in young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).
Methods A total of 72 young and middle-aged AMI patients undergoing PCI were selected and divided into observation group(n=32, PCL-S score>50 points) and control group(n=40, PCL-S score≤50 points) according to the PCL-S score.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of stress disorder symptom in young and middle-aged AMI patients after PCI.
Results There were no significant differences in gender, age and lesion location between the two groups(P>0.05).The differences of education level, number of interventions, economic income, and Killip grade were statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that education level, number of interventions, economic income, and Killip grade were the influencing factors of stress disorder symptom in young and middle-aged AMI patients after PCI(P < 0.05).
Conclusions Education level, number of interventions, economic income, Killip grade are important factors affecting the stress disorder symptom in young and middle-aged AMI patients after PCI.Nursing intervention can improve patients′ disease cognition and cardiac function, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative stress disorder symptom.
