Analysis of influencing factors of balance function rehabilitation exercise in patients with Parkinson's disease

    • ObjectiveTo construct the balance function rehabilitation exercise model of Parkinson's disease(PD) through literature review, and to analyze the related factors affecting the balance function rehabilitation exercise of PD patients, so as to provide evidence for nursing intervention.
MethodsA total of 118 patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2021 were selected.A self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the relevant conditions of balance function rehabilitation exercise.A model of balance function rehabilitation exercise for Parkinson's disease was constructed by univariate analysis and multiple regression analysis.
ResultsUnivariate analysis showed that the balance function score of Parkinson's disease patients had statistical significance in different Hoehn-Yahr stage, course of disease, frequency and type of rehabilitation exercise, exercise self-efficacy and social support(P < 0.01).Self-efficacy was significantly correlated with social support and balance function(P < 0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between social support and balance function(P < 0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that the contributions of the five variables to the balance kinetic energy were as follows in order: rehabilitation exercise type, rehabilitation exercise frequency, Hoehn-Yahr stage, exercise self-efficacy and social support, which jointly explained 36.8% of the balance function rehabilitation effect.
ConclusionsThe targeted individualized balanced function rehabilitation exercise model should be based on Hoehn-Yahr stages, pay attention to measure the exercise self-efficacy, improve social support, the first choice is vestibular rehabilitation training, adhere to the regular training program.
