    Effect of Tongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage on cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis

    • ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Tongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.
      MethodsSixty cervical spondylosis patients with Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome was divided into control group and combination group by line digital double blind method, 30 cases in control group were given conventional treatment, combined group) combined with copper span scrapping with point massage treatment, compared two groups patients clinical curative effect, neck function and symptoms improve, TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement after treatment.
      ResultsAfter treatment, MPQ score, NDI score and TCM syndrome score in the combination group were lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, and the clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsTongbian scraping combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis can significantly improve the symptoms and patients' quality of life, which has high clinical application value.
