    Application of 3D micro-video in the teaching of general neurology

    • ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of 3D micro-video in the teaching of general neurology.
      MethodsUndergraduates from the experimental class of 2018 clinic in Bengbu Medical College were selected as the observation group, and class 2 of 2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted a blended teaching mode based on 3D micro-video resources, while the control group adopted a traditional teaching mode.Stage test, typical case analysis and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching quality and teaching effect.
      ResultsThe stage test scores and typical case analysis scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The scores of self-evaluation of interest in class, self-evaluation of class attention, self-evaluation of understanding and mastery of knowledge, class atmosphere, satisfaction with teaching methods, and overall evaluation of teaching effects in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe application of 3D micro-video in the teaching of general neurology has significantly improved the teaching quality and teaching effect.
