ObjectiveTo establish the evaluation index system of new nurse training in the tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine based on the Kirkpatrick model.
MethodsThe evaluation index system of new nurse training in the tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Shaanxi was established using the literature analysis method, investigation and Delphi technique, and the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.
ResultsAfter two rounds of expert consultation, 4 first-level indicators(reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer), 14 second-level indicators and 70 third-level indicators were finally formed.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 100%, the authority coefficients of experts were 0.819 and 0.838, respectively.The Kendal harmony coefficients of various indicators were 0.168, 0.176 and 0.159, respectively(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe construction of the evaluation index of new nurse training in the tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Shaanxi in this study is scientific and reasonable, comprehensive in content, and strong in operability, which can provide an evaluation basis for the training of new nurse in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
