Application of whole process professional case management mode based on "internet+" new media in patients with lung cancer

    • ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of the whole process professional case management mode based on "internet" new media in lung cancer patients.
MethodsA total of 120 patients with concurrent lung cancer surgery from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine whole process professional case management after operation, while the patients in the observation group were given whole process professional case management on the basis of "internet" new media platform management. After 6 months of intervention, the rehabilitation exercise compliance, pulmonary function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
ResultsThe compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the levels of peak expiratory flow rate, forced vital capacity and middle expiratory flow rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01);the scores of all dimensions of QLQ-C30 quality of life evaluation scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01);after the intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).
ConclusionsOn the basis of the platform management based on "internet" new media, the implementation of the whole process professional case management for postoperative patients with lung cancer can significantly improve the compliance of patients' rehabilitation exercise, improve their lung function and quality of life, and achieve satisfactory nursing results.
