    Construction of the whole process health management program for stroke

    • Objective To construct the whole process health management program for stroke, and provide reference for the whole stroke health management.
      Methods Based on literature search and discussion by the research group, the draft of the whole stroke health management program was developed. Delphi method was used to conduct expert correspondence consultation, and the correspondence consultation results were statistically analyzed. Adding, modifying and deleting non-conforming items finally formed the construction of this scheme.
      Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 93.75% and 100%, respectively, and the coefficient of authority degree was 0.893, which indicated that the positive coefficient and authority degree of experts were higher. The final program was consisted of 3 first-level items, 10 second-level items and 30 third-level items.
      Conclusions The results of this study are reliable and scientific, and can provide a reference for the whole stroke health management.
