Status quo and influencing factors of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

    • Objective: To investigate the status quo of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for formulating nursing intervention measures. Methods: A total of 107 middle and young-aged hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were selected as research subjects. The general situation questionnaire, disability acceptance scale,Barthel index, medical coping style scale, social support scale and self-perceived burden scale were used to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of acceptance of disability. Results: The score of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients was(78.01±12.33) points, which was in the middle level. The results of multiple linear regression showed that the regular exercise behavior, hypertension grade, daily living ability, medical coping style, and social support and self-perceived burden were the influencing factors of acceptance of disability in young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients(P<0.05). Conclusions: The acceptance of disability of young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in neurosurgery needs to be improved.Nursing staff should focus on the influencing factors of acceptance of disability, screen key groups, formulate targeted intervention measures, and improve the acceptance of disability level of young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.
