Study of Nursing care in microtubules artificial abortion

Objective: To discuss psychological counseling and nursing care to reduce the response to pain and the chances of complications in the process of microtubules artificial abortion. Methods: Two hundred and ninety-six women were diagnosed as early pregnancy with the gestational sac showed less than 24 mm in ultrasonography. The artificial abortion was carried out under the guidance of ultrasound equipment on a voluntary basis. During the artificial abortion,the psychological counseling for patients was offered and the pain response of patients was observed. Postoperative health education was also given to the patients. Results: Most patients suffered mild surgical pain or no pain. Random survey could find complications and take timely remedial measures. Conclusions: The microtubules artificial abortion has advantages of simple,safe,fast,and less damage,and it can reduce the pain response and maintain the physical and mental health of patients in the aid of psychological counseling.
