Imaging expressions and diagnostic value of CT in pulmonary mycotic infection: An analysis of 62 cases

Objective: To explore imaging expressions and diagnostic value of CT in pulmonary mycotic infection.Methods: Imaging expressions of 62 patients with mycotic infection were analyzed retrospectively and 28 were proved surgically and pathologically,and 34 were confirmed by sputum positive more than 3 times.Results: The basic diseases were bronchiectasis(n=7),pulmonary tuberculosis(n=11),lung cancer(n=13),immune disease(n=7),diabetes(n=4),pulmonary cyst(n=5),chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema(n=9),pathology uncertain(n=6).On imaging expression,mycotic infection was classified into four types:aspergillus nodule(n=19),consolidation(n=13),nodule(n=5)and diffuse type(n=25).Conclusions: Combined with clinical basic disease,the confirmed diagnosis of mycotic infection can be made by imaging study.
