Analysis of 48 cases of atypical placental abruption

Objective:To explore the method of diagnosing atypicai placental abruption so as to enhance the diagnosis level. Methods:The clinical data of 48 patients with atypical placental abruption were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The atypical placental abruption accounted for 1.6% of all the deliveries at the corresponding time period. The diagnosis mainly relied on the clinical monitoring data and clinical signs. The accuracy diagnosis reached 91.7%. Conclusions:The diagnosis of atypical placental abruption should be based on the history,clinical symptoms,B-test,fetal heart rate monitoring and dynamic observation.
