To observe the curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Method: to divide randomly 130 cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients into 2 groups: control group (62 cases) single use of enteric coated aspirin treatment; the treatment group (68 cases) were treated with clopidogrel and aspirin. In the 14, 28 d after treatment, compared 2 groups of treatment efficiency, neurological deficit score and blood coagulation function examination and 2 groups of patients. Results: the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.6%, higher than 77.4% in the control group (P 0.05); group after treatment was 14 d and 28 d neural function defect significantly improve treatment (P 0.05 and P 0.01); the 2 groups before and after treatment, blood coagulation function of platelet were no difference statistical significance (P 0.05); the 2 group during the treatment had no adverse reaction. Conclusion: curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction than single use of aspirin significantly, can significantly improve the neurological status of the patient, and no adverse reaction.
