Investigation of personality quality in higher vocational nursing students of a school

Objective: understand the status of higher vocational nursing students personality quality of a school, analysis and nurse elements of role personality gap, improving school education, improve students' ability of social adaptation.Method: the research method used in qualitative and quantitative way to answer, personality and quality present situation investigation to the first grade 200 students of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges, analysis of the students' learning motivation and interest, the professional ability of self cognition, personality, emotion and attitude, communication ability and instrument etiquette situation. Higher vocational nursing students Results:82.5% can accurately or good communication, 58.8% self-control and strong learning ability, the 43.9% have a certain identity for the future occupation; but 55.6% of the students' emotion regulation and control ability is not strong, 54% of professional interest is not strong, 35.4% with compassion and devotion shortage.Conclusion: there is a certain gap between personality traits and the nurse role personality factors of higher vocational nursing students, schools should pay attention to build the higher vocational nursing students good individuality quality, stimulate interest in learning, strengthen willpower and self-confidence, cultivate a sense of social responsibility, and promote the all-round development.
