The comprehensive care of placenta previa expectant treatment and its effect

Objective:To investigate the care measures of placenta previa expectant treatment and its effects.Method:Fifty-three cases with placenta previa were nursed with the comprehensive care(including strengthening psychological care,controlling infection,inhibiting uterine contraction,observing the disease and emergency rescue) based on the routine nursing during the expectant treatment.Results:The gestational ages of 53 cases were prolonged 8 to 32 days.No pregnant woman died,and the neonatal survival rate was 100%.Conclusion:Providing comprehensive and high level care for the pregnant women with placenta previa during the expectant treatment can ensure them safety and reduce the perinatal mortality.
