Abstract
Objective:To observe the impact of nursing intervention on acute mental state in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients.Method:Eighty AMI cases were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. The patients in intervention group were given humane care measures, the implementation of routine care in control group. All patients were evaluated by SAS and SCL-90 when they hospitalized, then do the second assessment after seven days. Results:In intervention group, after the patients were received humane care measures, the SAS score was significantly lower than before intervention(P0.01),and the decline in intervention group was significantly more than in control group(P0.01);the SCL-90 scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, fear, mental illness and other factors after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention(P0.01).There were statistical significances about the SCL-90 scores of somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, fear, paranoia and other factors between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Humane care measures can significantly reduce AMI patient's anxiety, depression, fear and other negative emotions reactions.
