Abstract
Objective: respiratory tract management an effective summary of spinal anterior cervical decompression surgery, to prevent the postoperative pulmonary complications.Method: 37 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy anterior decompression in patients with preoperative respiratory assessment adequately, smoking, alcohol, for cough, respiratory and tracheal passage of training. Postoperative environmental preparation, body position nursing, respiratory care, keep airway open, close observation of cervical incision, strengthen guidance of diet and medication management, active prevention of complications after the operation of such measures.Results:37 patients had no suffocation, pulmonary infection, pulmonary complications, cured.Conclusion: comprehensive encircles the respiratory tract management operation period is necessary to ensure patients with anterior decompression for cervical spondylotic myelopathy recover smoothly.
