Effect of preoperative psychological intervention on patients before anesthesia and general anesthesia recovery period

Objective: To observe the preoperative interview take psychological intervention on anesthesia recovery period patients before anesthesia and the effect of the coordination. Method:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each. Patients in the control group routine preoperative interview, measure and record the patients before 1 D and induction of anesthesia, blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia cooperation. Psychological intervention group patients besides routine preoperative interview is to give psychological intervention: the anesthesia, operation related information and anesthesia recovery period discomfort. Results:2, 1 d before the blood pressure and heart rate were not statistically significant (P0.05), psychological intervention group before induction of anesthesia, blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than the control group (P0.01), the 2 groups before induction of anesthesia with rate had no significant difference (P 0.05). Anesthesia combined with psychological intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (P0.01). Conclusion: preoperative psychological intervention can reduce the psychological stress response of patients and anxiety, relieve the psychological tension, so that patients smoothly during peri operation period.
