By analyzing the causes for bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate and nursing care

Objective: To investigate the after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) causes occurred in patients with bladder spasm and effective nursing interventions. Method: analyzing the causes of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia Bladder Spasm after TURP surgery was performed in 262 cases, according to the different reasons given corresponding nursing. The results of Results:TURP after operation, bladder spasm in 89 cases, the incidence was 33.9%. Including 52 mild cases, 25 moderate cases, 12 cases were severe; causes: psychological factors of 65 cases of catheter blockage, and inappropriate fixation in 36 cases, catheter stimulation, operation trauma in 18 cases, fluid temperature and speed in 11 cases, abdominal pressure increased in 8 cases. The treatment and comprehensive nursing measures, 89 cases of bladder spasm patients were recovered. Conclusion:TURP after of the early psychological care, reduce adverse stimulation, adjusting the temperature of irrigation fluid and speed, eliminate abdominal pressure and other factors can reduce bladder spasm.
