The relationship between female rectum outlet obstruction constipation and gynecopathy

Objective: To explore the causes of female rectum outlet obstruction constipation(ROOC).Methods: The clinical data of 33 cases with ROOC were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Among all 33 cases with ROOC there were 21 cases with distinct types of gynecopathy at different degrees.The first three primary diseases that caused ROOC were intra-mucosal intussusception of the rectum (11 cases,33.33%),rectocele(10 cases,30.3%),and descent of perineum(5 cases,15.15%).Conclusions: The results showed in this study suggest up to 64% of patients with ROOC are closely correlated to gynecopathy and the treatment of gynecopathy also must be paid attention to for patients with ROOC.
