The code for identification of non-fermenting Gram-negative bacteria

Objective: According to the new taxonomic a code was established for identification of non-fermenting gram-negative bacteria.The problem of code identification was analyzed.Methods: The code was evaluated in comparison with API20NE by using 97 clinical isolates.Results: Agreement at species and genus was 74.2% and 84.5%,respectively.Conclusions: The code has a good agreement with API.The code is more advance in the bacterial taxonomic and cheaper in the cost and it can be used in clinical.
