Comparison of qualitative detection and quantitative detection of the five serological markers of hepatitis B

Objective: To determine the clinical value of quantitative detection of the five serological markers of hepatitis B by comparing it with qualitative detection.Methods: The five serological markers were qualitatively and quantitatively measured by immunoradiometric assay.Results: There were significant differences between the results of HBeAb with the two methods(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in other results(P>0.05).Conclusions: It is more accurate to measure the five serological markers of HBV with quantitative detection.
