Comparison for the effects of propofol combined fentanyl and nitrous oxide during induced abortion anesthesia

    • Objective: To compare the effect and safty of propofol combined fentanyl and nitrous oxide during induced abortion anesthesia. Methods: Fourty induced abortion patients were randomly divided intotwo groups.Group A was administrated propofol 1 mg/kg after fentanyl 2 μg/kg was administrated(n=20).Propofol 0.5 mg/kg was added according orptrating.Group B was administrated propofol 1 mg/kg 3 min after N2O:O2 2:1(12 L/min) was absorbtied.Propofol was added according to need.Revovery time, mean arterial pressure(MAP),HR,SpO2,the dosage of propofol and the effects of two groups were recorded. Results: Two guoups patients were satisfactied at effects. There were no significant defferences in the dosage of propofol between group A and B.The recovery time of guoup A was longer than group B(P<0.01).The MAP,HR and SpO2 of group A after anesthesia significantly lowed(P<0.01).There were no significantly differences after anesthesia in the MAP,HR and SpO2 of group B(P>0.05).Conclusions: Two groups patients were satisfied with effects of anthesia.Group B have more safety and group A in induced abortion.
