Clinical effect of painless parturition technology of 45 cases

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of epidural painless parturition technology.Methods: Ninety cases of single cephalic term pregnant women were selected,the observation group of 45 cases with painless delivery and control group of 45 cases with conventional delivery.The analgesic effect,labor time,the rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia of the two groups were observed.Results: The effect of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),the first stage of labor and the total labor time were shorter significantly than the control group(P<0.01).The rate of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia had no difference significantly(P>0.05).Conclusions: The analgesic effect of epidural painless parturition is obviously,the labor is shortened,and it has no adverse effect on maternal and neonates.
