Abstract
Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic effects of aerosolized iloprost on pulmonary hypertension(PAH) of patients with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods: Before and after inhaled iloprost hemodynamic parameters was measure in 20 PAH patients with CHD.Results: Iloprost inhalation can decreased systolic pulmonary artery pressure, diastolic pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),mean pulmonary artery pressure, and pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR).Iloprost inhalation increased systemic arterial oxygen saturation, systemic arterial partial pressure of oxygen, systemic blood flow, pulmonary blood flow and cardiac index(CI).And there was no significant influence on mixed venous oxygen content, mixed venous oxygen saturation, systolic arterial pressure, diastolic arterial pressure, mean systemic arterial pressure, pulmonary artery wedge pressure and heart rate. Conclusions: Aerosolized iloprost can safely and effectively decrease PAP,PVR and increase CI.
