Abstract
Objective: To investigate the significance of the changes of serum branched chain amino acid and tyrosine ratio(BTR) in patients with lepatitis type B virus. Methods: The serum amino acids patterns of 85 cases with pateients with lepatitis type B virus were examined and the relativity analysis of the main index sign of the liver function was performed. Results: The BTR of the patients with hepatitis B virus changed, which varied with the levels of liver injury. The change of the BTR was closely related with the level of liver cell inflammation or necrosis,as well as the indexes of liver biochemistry. Conclusions: BTR can indirectly reflect the liver cell injury degree and it is simple and easy to conduct.Determining and tracking the serum amino acid pattern are of significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease.
