Microinvasive operation for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage

Objective: To study the effect of micro-invasive operation for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage.Methods: Twelve patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were cured by lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and urokinase infusion under 7 hours.Results: The effect was moderate in 4 cases and excellent in 3 cases.4 cases improved and 1 died.Conclusions: The therapy of lateral ventricle puncture,drainage and urokinase infusion is simple and valid for treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in the super early stage.
